1. How to Request a Refund

Include your account email and reason
We process refunds within 5-7 business days
Refunds are returned to the original payment method

2. After 30 Days

After the 30-day period, subscription fees already charged are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges and retain access until the end of your billing period.

3. Exceptions

Extended outages exceeding 72 hours due to our failures
Duplicate billing errors
Unauthorized charges due to account compromise

4. Lifetime License Purchases

Refunds available within 14 days if software has not been deployed in production. Source code purchases are non-refundable once delivered.
